Horizon Land Title
The people behind Horizon Land Title are long time professionals with over 100 years of combined title closing experience. Founded by Dean Robinson and Tina Brown, Horizon Land Title prides itself on taking care of their clients. Dean Robinson has been one of Wilson County’s top real estate attorneys for over 40 years.
In establishing Horizon, Dean has brought back hands on legal advice, as he is an active participant in the daily operations at Horizon. It is very important to have an attorney present at closings and that is something not often available with other title companies this day and time. Being affiliated with a law practice gives Horizon Land Title an edge in many ways.
We understand the more complicated side of real estate, such as commercial, probate, as well as family law issues. Not every transaction is about a happy buyer or happy seller with great credit and no litigation issues. Some real estate transactions can be more than difficult. We have the experience, patience, and talent to handle the tough closings as well as the easier ones.

This was a great closing and my customer was so grateful! I want to share how it went with you. My customer was so nervous and worried. When she got to Horizon she was shaking so bad I thought she was going to be sick. Dean and the staff made her very comfortable and offered a warm cup of coffee to us both. At closing, Dean explained everything to her in great detail and she understood everything she was signing. After the closing, my customer broke down in tears and thanked everyone for all they had done for her. I’ve had many types of closing experiences but never these kinds of tears.
